We are currently looking for a full-time, permanent Site Supervisor to manage the delivery of maintenance services for both residential and vacant properties in Kalgoorlie WA.
In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for preparing job quotations, managing variations, addressing defects, and overseeing subcontractors to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Key skills and responsibilities:
Manage trades to conduct timely, high quality work;
Scheduling subcontractors/trades to meet deadlines;
Scoping of works;
Quality inspections;
Confident and friendly, and MUST be able to work autonomously;
Exceptional time management and organisational skills;
Good communication skills (polite, courteous and respectful)
Trade or building background preferred but not essential;
Previous experience managing and supervising trades essential;
Must have a current Drivers Licence;
White Card essential or willing to obtain prior to appointment;
National Police Check
