A Property Management role requires a skilled professional to effectively manage a portfolio with flexibility and support.
Key Responsibilities
* Demonstrate expertise in delivering comprehensive property management services.
* BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH TENANTS AND LANDLORDS THROUGH COMMUNICATION AND EMPATHY.
* Develop a high level of organisational skills to stay on top of inspections, maintenance, and compliance requirements.
* Collaborate seamlessly with NSW & QLD Property Management teams.
* Participate in regular training and team catch-ups across the portfolio region.
Qualifications
* Hold 2-3 years' experience in end-to-end portfolio management.
* Possess Class 1 or Class 2 Real Estate Licence.
* Be proficient in using Microsoft Office and cloud-based PM systems.
* Own reliable transportation for on-the-road visits.
