Our campuses are based at Archerfield Airport (Brisbane) and Adelaide Airport, with helicopter training delivered in partnership with V2 Helicopters at Archerfield.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team at Archerfield.
This full-time, onsite position supports compliance across both RTOs and reports to the Education Services Manager. You will play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance across VET Student Loans (VSL), CRICOS, and state-based funding in South Australia and the Northern Territory.
You'll contribute to ongoing audits, documentation, and continuous improvement processes within a supportive, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support compliance and quality assurance across both RTOs
* Maintain accurate records and evidence for VSL, CRICOS, and funding contracts
* Assist with internal audits, policy development, and reporting requirements
* Contribute to continuous improvement projects and systems
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with the Standards for RTOs 2025 and the VET Quality Framework
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 5 years' experience in RTO compliance (VSL and CRICOS essential)
* Strong understanding of the Standards for RTOs 2025
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High energy, positive attitude, and professional presentation
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Experience with aXcelerate SMS/LMS
* Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
* Must be an Australian citizen
* Minimum 1+ years of experience using aXcelerate SMS/LMS
* Certificate IV minimum educational qualification required
* Working with children clearance required
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
* Experience with SA and NT User Choice funding
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
* Diploma of Quality Auditing
