Job Tasks
Oversee the service delivery at sites to ensure client requests and expectations are met.
Managing an efficient roster of full time, part-time and casual employees.
Ensure regular site inspections are conducted and communicated to clients and other interested parties. Resolve any issues identified during the site inspection.
Explore and understand clients' needs and use consultative skills to develop and present relevant solutions to ensure effective client and account management.
Ensure the level of service meets clients' expectations and the required operating profit is achieved.
Assist in documentation relevant to site management e.g. procedures, SWMS, risk assessments, terminations, duty schedules and timesheets.
Skills and Experience
Current WA driver's licence.
Minimum 3 years' experience in cleaning and management.
Effective time management and organisational skills.
Ability to work outside regular business hours.
