Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Consultant within the Overseas Visitors Health Cover team, you'll deliver exceptional service and advice to our customers, ensuring all interactions align with our policies and the industry requirements under the Private Health Insurance Code of Conduct.
Qualifications
* Have experience in customer service, call centres, or member services
* Are calm, courteous, and professional - even under pressure
* Have strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Have a knack for problem-solving and a solution-focused mindset
* Have experience with a variety of computer software and systems (MS Office, Outlook, etc.)
* Have a team-first attitude and a drive for continuous improvement
* Bonus points if you've worked in health insurance or a similar industry

Additional information
* We're seeking candidates for either full time or part time positions, with a strong preference for full time availability. Part time applicants should be available for a minimum of three full working days per week or five shorter days.
* Successful candidates must complete a police check prior to commencing with Peoplecare.
