We are looking for a Product & Partnerships Lead to drive growth, expand our journey portfolio, and strengthen relationships with clients and partners. This is a hands-on, varied role where your work directly shapes the company's growth and market presence.
What You'll Do:
Product & Portfolio Development
Develop and enhance adventure travel itineraries.
Identify new journey opportunities and diversify the portfolio.
Explore FIT-led group options and private journey experiences.
Prepare marketing and client materials, ensuring timely delivery.
Ensure all journeys are sustainable and comply with ethical travel practices.
Collaborate with the Tour Operations Coordinator to set journey and passenger targets.
Analyse enquiry and sales data to inform strategy.
Partnerships & Business Growth
Identify and pursue new client distribution channels.
Build strong relationships with industry partners via meetings and structured call plans.
Negotiate and manage supplier agreements with Management.
Actively increase departures and passenger numbers for both scheduled and private journeys.
Sales & Client Engagement
Handle journey enquiries to generate sales and provide expert advice.
Support clients after travel, building loyalty and referrals.
Prepare and deliver training for the in-house sales team and industry partners.
Present client information sessions to promote products and journeys.
Administration, Compliance & Market Insight
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and entry requirements.
Follow company policies and uphold core values.
Stay informed on travel trends, destinations, products, and promotions.
Attend training, expos, and familiarisation trips as required.
Meet or exceed targets and KPIs set by management.
