We are seeking an administrative professional to join our team in a service and sales coordinator role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, processing customer orders, managing customer accounts, preparing quotes and presentations, and ensuring the efficient management of stock control and parts ordering.
Responsibilities
 * Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management.
 * Process customer orders and invoices in a timely manner.
 * Manage customer accounts, including setting up new accounts and resolving any issues that may arise.
 * Prepare quotes and presentations for new and existing customers.
 * Coordinate stock control and parts ordering to ensure that all necessary items are available when required.
 * Manage logistics tracking and ensure that all shipments are delivered on time.
 * Establish and maintain effective information systems, including data storage and retrieval.
 * Process warranty claims and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
