We are seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance Legal Assistant to join our team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will support senior solicitors specializing in Public Liability matters.
 1. File management, including opening and archiving files, maintaining accurate electronic records.
 2. Monthly billing, debtor control, and reporting.
 3. Adhere to client service standards.
 4. Prepare and send correspondence, arrange for filing of court documents.
 5. Brief preparation for counsel, medical experts, and other specialists.
 6. Diary and travel management, booking appointments.
 7. General administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in defendant insurance litigation, understand the importance of client service standards, and possess strong communication skills.
