The role will be to ensure that all operations aim to maximise sales and customer satisfaction by delivering a high standard quality product to our customers.
To be successful for the role, the candidate must display the following:
* Must be trade qualified
* Full time hours plus super
* Extra hours available
* Quality workmanship and attention to detail
* Compliant with OH&S and food safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
* Outstanding customer service skills and customer comes first attitude
* Skills and motivation to help drive sales in a fast growing business
* Must be competent in all areas of retail butchery
* Possess strong communication skills
* Reliable
* Applicants must be clean, tidy and well presented
* Over award wage negotiable based on experience
