Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Overnight operations of the front desk* Provide customer service for guest arrivals, departures and phone enquiries* Ensure professionalism and accuracy with information and billing during arrival and departure* Public area cleaning and after hour owner requests* Follow procedures for cash and security on front desk* Conducting daily hotel audit including balance of revenue and payments from all hotel outlets* Reception duties including check-in, check-out.* Maintaining hotel security and safety**What You'll Bring*** Previous experience in hotel operations, front office, or a similar supervisory role* Genuine passion for customer service* Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills* Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individual* Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards* Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidaysTravel + Leisure Co. is the world's leading membership and leisure travel company offering vacation ownership, travel membership, and exchange programs.
