About the Role This is a prime opportunity for an experienced Family Lawyer to step into a Special Counsel position. You will take the lead in managing a complex caseload, including property settlements, parenting disputes, financial agreements, and divorce matters. Beyond casework, you will play a key role in mentoring junior lawyers, driving business growth, and strengthening the firm's presence in the family law sector. You will work closely with the leadership team to contribute to the firm’s strategy and long-term success. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee complex family law cases, including high-net-worth property and parenting matters Lead, mentor, and develop a team of family lawyers to achieve professional growth and high performance Provide strategic legal advice and tailored solutions to clients Contribute to business development and the expansion of the firm’s client base Foster strong client relationships and maintain the firm’s reputation for excellence What We’re Looking For: Minimum 4-8 years PAE in family law, with experience handling complex cases Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop legal teams Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills Business acumen and a passion for driving practice growth Admission as a solicitor in Australia What’s on Offer?
