About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our QSR venues in Brisbane Airport and to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience. Are you the Burger expert, the Burrito king, the Asian Noodle wonder, or the best Kebab roller. Then we want you.
As a leader and problem solver, you will guide and support ourdiverse and friendly team, empowering them to reach their full potential. What skills and experience are we looking for?
* Previous leadership experience in a shift supervisor or team leader position for a minimum of 1 year
* Background in food handling
* Proven accountability for a team of 5 -10 employees
* 1+ years working in quick-service restaurants
* Lead by example attitude
* In-depth food safety knowledge
* Strong multi-taskers with a can-do attitude.
* Those who enjoy a fast-paced environment – our stores can serve 100 + customers per hour
* Individuals with high problem-solving skills
* Leadership: you must have strong leadership skills
