As our business grows, we're looking for a Spare Parts Interpreter to join our Parts and Service team - whether you are starting out or ready to bring your experience to a team that values reliability, teamwork, and getting the job done right.
About the Role
This is a varied, practical role that supports our Parts, Service, Dispatch and Yard teams. No two days look the same, and you'll be part of a tight-knit team that values reliability, teamwork and getting the job done right.
Key responsibilities include:
* Interpreting and supplying spare parts for agricultural machinery
* Assisting customers (phone, email and counter) with parts enquiries
* Processing parts orders in collaboration with our Parts Administrator.
* Picking, packing and preparing parts for dispatch in collaboration with the Parts & Dispatch teams.
* Assisting with freight quotes / bookings and providing support to the Dispatch team.
* Supporting yard operations as required.
* Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment.
About You
We're open-minded on experience — attitude is key.
You might be:
* A trainee with mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn, or
* Someone with parts, mechanical, warehousing or agricultural experience
Ideally, you'll have:
* Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
* Good computer skills and attention to detail
* Mechanical aptitude and interest in machinery
* A flexible, team-oriented approach
* The ability to jump in and help where needed
* Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
