We are seeking experienced and motivated Home Care Assistants to join our business on a casual basis. The position is based at the Homestead in Warrnambool, Victoria.

The Role:
The Home Care Assistant delivers individual, personalised care and assistance to clients so that they may continue to live in their home and focus on their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
* Monitoring and communicating client condition
* Transportation
* House cleaning
* Personal hygiene
* Meal preparation
* Other health and wellness related activities
Requirements:
1. A genuine passion to make a difference in aged care community services
2. The ability to work independently and as part of a team
3. Respect for all, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientation
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing and computer skills
5. A flexible approach
6. Confident using electronic communication and applications
7. COVID vaccination – a must have in the Home Care industry
8. Valid CPR and First Aid
9. Certificate III in Ageing, Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification
10. Full driver's license and suitable transportation
11. Ability to provide client transportation
12. Available for day, weekends and overnight shifts
