At Unilever ANZ, we have also embarked on something special: we are proud to be undertaking a 4 Day work week trial. This trial will see our staff retain 100 percent of their salaries, while working 80 percent of the time and delivering 100 percent of business outcomes. **The Quality Control Analyst (Weekend Shift, 12 Months Contract) role is designed to be fully functional in the 4-Day work week trial.**

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a motivational **Quality Control Analyst** that can work on a weekend shift (Thursday to Sunday) for 12 months contract to join our dynamic team.

The role will be responsible to conduct day to day microbiological laboratory testing of finish goods, semi finish goods, starting material and monitoring the concentration of disinfectants used on site.
- Cleaning and Disinfection Validation Sampling and Testing
- Environmental sampling and testing

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Conduct environmental sampling and testing.
- Monitoring of operations logbook and paperwork for all products being manufactured.
- Responsible for document archiving.
- Conduct Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Inspections at shopfloor.
- Maintaining 5S in the lab and in the lab consumable store.
- Reporting into the Quality Assurance Lead.

**Key Competencies**
- Strong manufacturing acumen and the flexibility to adapt to a changing environment.
- Understanding of the Good manufacturing practices.

**Key Skills**
- High level of initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Does this sound like You?**
- Previous exposure to Micro Lab environment / HACCP / GMP / ISO 22000
- Minimum qualification in Microbiology or Food Science or relevant science
- Strong organisation skills
- Previous experience working in Food FMCG or Pharmaceutical Industries is desirable
