This is a hands-on role managing a residential property portfolio while building strong, long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and the wider community. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares, communicates well, and takes pride in doing things properly.

What's the Role About?
This role involves the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio with a strong focus on customer service and communication.
Responsibilities include:
* Lease administration
* Tenant and landlord communication
* Routine inspections and reporting
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs
* Managing arrears and compliance matters
* Problem solving and providing practical solutions
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Ideally, You Will Have:
* Experience in residential property management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Confidence working independently and managing competing priorities
* Experience using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
* A current Property Representative Licence
While experience in residential property management is preferred, we are also open to speaking with strong candidates who have real estate industry experience and a current licence.
