Job Description
This role is a mid to senior level appointment with scope for further development into a leadership position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clients with accurate and reliable financial reporting, ensuring material in reporting is accurate to promote client confidence in making informed decisions.
Manage allocation of workflows across your clients and balance capacity, workload and deadlines. Provide robust verification routines and reconciliation checkpoints into the reporting process to ensure financial statements are materially accurate.
Provide clients with consistent and timely end of month reporting, strengthening our reputation as a reliable virtual CFO partner. Focus on continuous improvement of systems, processes, and team capability.
----------------------------------- Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Xero, MYOB and associated applications, with experience in delivering scalable, strategic financial solutions tailored to SMEs and growth-orientated businesses.
A CA or CPA qualification is essential, with strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and innovative firm.
