Role
Successful Assistant Store Managers will be able to create links between people, process and presentation to create a store environment that welcomes and excites our customers each time they walk through our doors. You have a positive and expansive outlook on life, and we are looking for a leader who thinks about "What is possible each day." This is a full‑time position that requires availability over weekends, late nights and public holidays.

* Previous management experience, preferably in retail
* Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience
* Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI's & stock loss targets
* Experience in developing and coaching a team
* Drive policies and procedures
