Career Opportunity
Leading an experienced team at our Toowoomba Multiservice Centre, you'll oversee operations including CHSP within the Darling Downs region. Our centre provides centre-based respite and social support, with clients participating in activities tailored to their interests.
Your primary focus will be to lead and manage the multiservice team, ensuring effective service delivery and quality of care. This includes overseeing centre operations in matters relating to standard of care, legislative requirements, staffing, finances and business operations.
Requirements for Success
* Minimum 3 years management experience in aged or community care.
* Extensive knowledge of home care standards and commonwealth programs.
* A strong track record in leading person-centred, quality and compliant services to improve well-being.
* Demonstrated ability to lead business and resource planning, delivering outcomes on time and within budget.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advocate and influence stakeholders.
* High levels of emotional intelligence in people management, coaching, mentoring and professional development.
