At Hotel Products Direct, we're on the lookout for a talented Admin Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll be the heart of our customer service and database management using Excel and MYOB. Plus, you'll be supporting our daily operations to keep our office running smoothly and warmly welcoming our suppliers and customers.

**Responsibilities**:
Main tasks include:
- Maintaining the customer database orders and purchases.
- Resolving customer queries related to payments.
- Sending monthly payment reminders to customers.
- Managing online payments, purchases, utilities, and other financial transactions
- Organising these payments into plans and maintaining a record of transactions.
- Additional administrative duties comprise:
- Preparing and reviewing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Keeping accurate records and files, both electronically and physically.
- Ordering and overseeing office supplies to ensure availability and neatness.
- Providing support to the team with various administrative tasks, as required.
- Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Keen attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Polite, professional, and amicable, with a focus on customer service.
- Discretion when handling confidential information.
- Completion of high school or equivalent; additional certifications are advantageous.
- If you can speak 2 languages, that would be good. Mandarin, Hindi, Vietnamese or Spanish can be useful
