We're looking for a Mining Automation Coordinator to support our rapid-paced Mining Automation division — a key role at the heart of a dynamic and growing team.
In this role, you'll provide high-level administrative and operational support to the GM, Project and Area Managers, Training and Contract Coordination teams. You'll also play a critical part in maintaining service excellence by tracking our performance against the Customer Support Charter.
Responsibilities
Manage all admin functions across the Mining Automation team.
Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and performance tracking.
Drive high standards in customer support and service delivery.
Collaborate across departments to keep workflows efficient and aligned.
Help maintain safety standards by identifying and actioning workplace risks.
Qualifications
Experience in mining operations.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Proven customer service expertise with a proactive mindset.
Confident communicator – both written and verbal – across all levels.
Experience with mine site travel bookings or exposure to project coordination.
Business Administration qualification (desirable).
