Administration Processing Officer – located at Tugun
Looking for a role where you can build real skills, work with purpose, and get your foot in the door of the healthcare industry? Ramsay Health Care is growing our newly established centralised administration team, and we're on the lookout for motivated, detail-oriented people who are keen to learn and ready to jump in.
You don't need years of experience - if you're organised, a good communicator, comfortable with computers, and curious about how hospitals work behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
About the role
As an Administration Processing Officer, you'll be part of our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team, supporting hospitals across Australia with essential admin and data processing tasks that help keep patient care running smoothly.
Your day-to-day will include:
• Accurate data entry and processing across multiple digital systems
• Supporting hospital administration activities such as admissions and insurance checks
• Working with established processes while learning new systems and tools
• Collaborating with a friendly, supportive team in a fast-paced environment
• Helping ensure information is accurate, up to date and processed on time
This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to healthcare operations, develop strong admin and system skills, and build a foundation for future career growth within Ramsay.
