Your Role: Provide evidence-based therapeutic assessment and intervention services to a mixed caseload (children through to adults) in a variety of settings (home, clinic, school, telehealth) Experience practitioners expected 5.5 billable hours per day 4hrs a week of non contact time to complete their additional billable tasks Provide support and supervision to junior Occupational Therapists Review therapeutic progress to continually refine goals and modify intervention to meet the needs of the individual Participate in team meetings and projects to support the holistic and collaborative team culture Support: $1500 Professional Development Allowance (annual) 5 days paid Professional Development Leave Engage in collaborative learning discussions with your colleagues to build upon your knowledge of multidisciplinary approaches to therapy Liaise with the Practice manager for Professional Development and discuss quality improvement strategies Access an ever growing supply of clinical and online resources that will support you in your role as an Occupational Therapist The Team Vibe: Join a young and dynamic team of Allied Health Professionals driven to positively impact the lives on their clients.
