About This Role
The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities and a passion for education. You will be responsible for creating and implementing programs that cater to the diverse needs of children, as well as building strong relationships with parents, teachers, and the broader community.
You will have the autonomy to manage your team and make decisions about day-to-day operations, ensuring that our educational services are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Development: Design and implement engaging programs that promote learning, creativity, and physical activity for children aged 5-12 years old.
2. Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of educators, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
3. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
4. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff rostering, compliance, and administrative tasks.
