AS our new Financial Controller you will:ERP Implementation & TransformationLead our enterprise-wide ERP rollout, ensuring seamless integration across finance, procurement, inventory, and moreDrive change management strategies, helping teams embrace new systems with enthusiasmMaintain meticulous focus on data accuracy, system testing, and risk mitigationFinancial Reporting & Business InsightsAchieve industry-leading month-end close timelines (hello, 3-4 days!)Provide strategic analysis that inform explosive growth and optimize our balance sheetDeliver compelling reports that blend technical rigor with strategic storytellingInventory, Working Capital & Vendor ManagementCollaborate with merchandising and planning teams to keep our inventory game sharpInnovate in accounts payable and payment processes, boosting efficiency and savingsNegotiate favorable vendor terms that benefit both partiesTax, Treasury & RiskDevelop tax strategies that keep us compliant and competitiveManage the relationship and external audit processe, ensuring smooth collaboration with auditors, providing necessary document and addressing audit findings.Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and hedging strategies like a financial ninjaEvaluate investment opportunities to fuel our ambitious expansionLeadership & CultureBuild and nurture a high-performing, agile finance teamLead leaders across financial reporting, tax compliance, treasury management, payroll operations and accounts payable.Champion continuous learning, career growth, and engagementCollaborate cross-functionally, becoming the ultimate business partnerWhat You Will Bring:You’ve got a minimum of 10 years finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior FC or similar role and have worked in retail or fast-paced consumer environments. CPA or CA qualification required, an MBA or Master’s? Even better!You’re an ERP aficionado, ideally SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, with real-world implementation experience. Your financial modeling skills are second to none, and you’re comfortable translating complex data into strategic insights.Leadership is your superpower—you inspire teams, navigate change, and communicate with confidence and clarity.Ready to redefine what a financial controller can do?
