Delaware North Australia is hiring an HR Coordinator to join our team at Victoria Racing Club (VRC) at Flemington Racecourse. This is an exciting new partnership where Delaware North will support year round hospitality.
As HR Coordinator, you'll deliver operational and administrative support across the team member lifecycle. You'll play a key role in supporting workforce readiness, team member experience and workplace safety while acting as a central point of contact for team members and leaders.

What will you do?
* Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and induction processes, ensuring compliance and timely resourcing
* Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and personnel files, including contracts, qualifications and visa details
* Support training coordination and maintain compliance tracking for WHS and compulsory modules
* Prepare HR reports and provide generalist administrative support across the HR team
* Coordinate reward and recognition programs and assist with engagement initiatives and internal communications
* Act as a key HR contact for team members and leaders, providing timely and professional support
More About You
* Certificate IV, Diploma or Bachelor in human resources, business administration or a related field
* Demonstrated experience in a generalist or HR administrative role, preferably within a multi-site or operationally complex environment
* Proven experience in onboarding, training coordination and compliance processes with a proficiency in HR systems and databases (e.g. HRIS, LMS and/or rostering systems)
* Possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
* Strong communication abilities, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client and stakeholder service
* Experience within HR across hospitality would be highly regarded
