About We

What You Will Be Doing
As a Pathology Collector (Phlebotomist) you will collect blood and non‑blood samples, coordinate specimen transport, maintain meticulous records and provide excellent customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Collect samples (blood and non‑blood) with care and attention
* Keep meticulous records for every patient and sample
* Deliver documentation within strict turnaround times
* Prepare and package specimens for transport and testing
* Liaise with customers, clinic staff and couriers
What Type of Person Will Be Successful
You could be an experienced Pathology Collector, a Cert III holder, a registered nurse, or someone with a healthcare background and a customer‑service focus. We provide paid training and mentoring for those with the right attitude and interest.
Attributes & Skills You Will Possess
* Experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy/ Certificate III in Pathology Collection or a healthcare background
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a high level of empathy
* Organised, with strong time management and attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously, sometimes independently in a solo clinic
* Valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel to multiple clinics
* Working with Children's Check, or willingness to obtain one
* Australian citizen, permanent resident, New Zealand citizen, or valid visa with permission to work
* Required vaccination evidence of Hepatitis B; other location‑based vaccinations may apply
