What's the role?
The Mortgage Operations team is on an exciting transformational journey as a key stakeholder in Westpac's Unite transformation. As a Business Analyst in the Mortgage Operations team, you will be the conduit between a variety of transformational initiatives and the Mortgage Operations business to ensure a smooth integration and transition.
You'll work hybrid from our Lockleys office in South Australia, flexing between home and office (2–3 days in). This isn't just about gathering requirements—it's about making real change happen, with people who care about doing things better.
What do I need?
* 2 - 4 years of experience in business process improvement, impact assessment, change readiness, and integration within Financial Services.
* Demonstrated experience managing multiple business process re-engineering or transformation projects.
* Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders effectively, facilitating workshops, and managing relationships to drive and influence project success.
* Ability to communicate complex transformational concepts in a clear, accessible manner for a variety of audiences.
