J L KING are a locally owned and operated business base in Bendigo,
Supplying Fresh Produce, Salads and Ready meals throughout Australia, We currently have Multiple positions within the business available, only wanting Committed Full time staff for our factory Kitchen.
Hours vary from shift-to-shift, Day, Afternoon and night shifts all have openings,
over busy periods you will be required to work some weekends.
Applicants must be available to work occasional weekends during busy periods.
Qualifications & experience
* Qualified chefs must show certificate; kitchen hands need a minimum of 3 years' experience and a current handing certificate.
* A current food safety handling certificate is required for this position.
* Commercial kitchen experience would be an advantage
Tasks & responsibilities
* Food Prep, Cooking and chilling products, general industrial Kitchen Duties
* Operate factory machinery (ovens, kettles, pasta machine, Bratt pan act)
* Assist / Help less experienced work collogues
* Must follow Company Recipes have good food hygiene along with keeping your work area clean, tidy and safe
