Pilbara Wellbeing Program
The Pilbara Wellbeing Program provides an holistic, early intervention emotional wellbeing service for children and young people aged 8 – 13 years-old.
The program delivers low intensity clinical interventions, practical supports and community engagement opportunities to increase the resilience, mental health literacy and wellbeing of children, young people and families through an individual, community and family system-based approach.
The program offers holistic, flexible wrap-around support from the first point of contact, including family and caregiver support.
Wellbeing Worker Role
The Wellbeing Worker contributes to developing and providing an early intervention, community-focused response to children and young people, their families and community through a multi-modal approach underpinned by best practice principles.
This role supports early access through the provision of intake, assessment and a range of interventions for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues, as well as providing support for family systems.
This role also participates in health promotion and community engagement activities.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new, innovative service in the Pilbara.
We are seeking 3 people to join our team, each working full time (37.5 hours per week).

* $105,696 full-time base salary (includes 10% remote allowance) + 11.5% superannuation.
* Generous weekly rent subsidy of up to $300/week (T & C's apply)

* Additional 1 weeks leave after 12 months service
* 3 days additional leave between Christmas and New Year
