My client is seeking a motivated Sales Representative / Territory Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with retail partners across a defined territory. This is a highly autonomous, on-the-road role focused on managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities and representing a portfolio of well-known brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow an established customer base across your territory
* Identify and secure new wholesale and retail accounts
* Present seasonal ranges and promote key product lines
* Provide product knowledge, merchandising advice and in-store support to customers
* Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers and distribution partners
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback
* Report on sales activity and maintain CRM records
About You
* Proven experience in sales, territory management or account management
* Experience within clothing, footwear, lifestyle or related industries preferred
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on the road
* Highly organised with strong time management skills
* Comfortable working towards sales targets
* Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively
