Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with a genuine growth mindset and a strong willingness to learn and develop alongside the practice. You'll have exceptional people skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with both patients and team members. Maintaining a friendly, outgoing attitude - even in busy or high-pressure situations - is essential. You'll also be able to write clearly, concisely, and logically, and manage your time effectively to complete tasks accurately within required timeframes.

Previous dental experience is welcomed but not essential - attitude and culture fit matter most.
Physical Requirements:
* Should be in good physical condition and able to withstand the stress and demands of an active position.
* Must be able to perform many hours standing, walking, bending, and sitting.
* Manual dexterity, good eye-hand coordination, and adequate vision and hearing are needed in daily work.
What the Role Involves
Duties will be tailored to your experience and may include:
* Chairside assisting dentists across a range of procedures
* Delivering exceptional patient care and support
* Instrument processing and infection control
* Clinical room preparation and stock management
* Supporting reception when required
* Help patients with post-treatment care
