Production Supervisor Plastics/Extrusions
Location: Minto, Australia
About the role
Afternoon shift (2pm-10pm), Permanent Full-Time
What you'll do
* Run and maintain extrusion lines - including start-up, changeovers, and quality checks
* Coach, lead, and organise shift team rosters, breaks, and coverage
* Ensure safety systems and WHS practices are followed and improved
* Monitor and report on production KPIs, elevate issues, and support CI projects
* Support cross-shift communication and planning
* Act as a key liaison with maintenance, quality, and production planning teams
What you'll bring
* Strong experience in manufacturing or production - plastics/extrusions or injection moulding a huge plus
* Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
* Proven leadership of frontline teams or experience as a 2IC ready to step up
* Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
* Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office) and strong communication
