**About the Opportunity**

The Administration Officer (Lvl 3) - Specialist Menopause Service will provide administrative and general clerical support to the SWSLHD specialist Menopause Service and associated teams to facilitate effective and efficient operations of the Hub. This position whilst supervised by the operations manager relies on autonomous self-initiated working in the completion of a broad range of administrative, operational, clerical, customer service, data entry and billing work tasks and procedures.
The administrative officer will support the operations manager and specialist menopause team in the day-to-day co-ordination and facilitation of the multidisciplinary virtual model of care. This will include travel to and the facilitation of digital outreach models and the co-ordination of client care needs with referring menopause local health districts (LHD) of: Murrumbidgee, Nepean Blue Mountains and Western NSW. The administrative officer will be required to maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders (internal and external) to facilitate a high-quality client focused service. This service will use digital health technologies.

**How to Apply**
- Extensive experience in the provision of administration and data management tasks.
- Experience in the facilitation of tele-health models of care.
- Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to plan and prioritise workload to complete a variety of competing tasks and achieve results to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with excellent customer service skills with capacity to understand issues and practices relating to client confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a multi-functional team as well as be self-motivated to work autonomously.
- Must possess a valid Australian Drivers Licence (excluding learner driver's licences). If not already in possession, a NSW Drivers Licence must be obtained within 3 months of appointment.
