Lifestyle and Care Assistant
As a Lifestyle and Care Assistant, you will provide support to residents in our care homes. Your role will involve facilitating engaging lifestyle activities, planning therapeutic interventions, and advocating for clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate daily living tasks and assist with therapy sessions
* Plan and execute engaging activities and therapies
* Advocate for clients and their representatives
* Promote independence and enablement through effective care plans
* Collaborate with supervisors and other staff members to achieve best outcomes
Requirements:
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
* Experience in aged care, community services, or disability services
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* National Police Clearance
