About the role:
As a Warranty Clerk, you'll play a key part in our service operation - processing warranty claims efficiently and accurately. Your role supports our commitment to personalised service, transparency, and professionalism. Please note, our brands and dealership focus may evolve, and you'll need to be adaptable.
What you'll be doing:
• Interacting with customers to discuss vehicle issues, obtain approvals for repairs, and provide service updates
• Diagnosing problems, documenting findings, and supporting Service Advisers
• Determining warranty coverage and submitting claims as per manufacturer guidelines
• Managing warranty parts - returning, disposing, tagging, and storing them correctly
• Finalising job sheets with customer charges and warranty items after inspection and approval
