Your new role

* This is a hands‑on support and delivery role where you'll become the go‑to expert for Salesforce users and stakeholders. Your day‑to‑day will include:
* Helping users onboard and get the most out of Salesforce
* Managing data loads, data quality, modelling, and reporting
* Building and maintaining dashboards that give teams the insights they need
* Understanding business workflows and helping streamline them while meeting compliance requirements
* Supporting outreach and engagement capabilities within the platform
* Participating in governance processes to ensure best‑practice design and high‑quality releases
* Providing on‑call support on a rotating roster for priority incidents and critical operational events
* Executing approved data updates in production with strict adherence to governance standards
* Supporting backup, restore, and disaster‑recovery testing
* Troubleshooting incidents, analysing logs, and resolving platform issues
* Acting as the first point of contact for day‑to‑day Salesforce enquiries
* Deploying changes via Azure DevOps and validating releases through PVT
* Working with metadata, Git repositories, and sandbox environments for testing and validation
* This role includes participation in a 24/7 on‑call roster shared across the team.

What you'll need to succeed

* 3+ years supporting Salesforce applications (Level 1 & 2 support)
* Experience working in Agile environments (Kanban or Scrum)
* Experience managing Salesforce Sandbox Refresh cycles
* Familiarity with Salesforce seasonal releases and advising stakeholders on new features
* Understanding of Apex and LWC to support troubleshooting during deployments or incidents
* At least one Salesforce certification:
* Administrator
* App Builder
* Developer
* Strong skills in:
* Data Loader and data management
* Reports and dashboards
* User provisioning, profiles, and permissions
* Flow automation
* Debugging production incidents
* Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear, evidence‑based recommendations
* AGSVA NV1 security clearance minimum
* Ability to work onsite in Canberra three days per week
