The Role:
We seek an experienced Store Manager to join our team at Platypus Nowra. In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with your team to lead sales, drive KPIs, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Your Responsibilities:
* Ensure efficient store operations, achieving optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
* Motivate your team to achieve high performance in KPIs and added value targets.
* Closely monitor store sales, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
* Effectively manage wage costs, adhering to weekly targets and company rostering standards.
* Coach and mentor your team, promoting high morale and individual development.
* Ensure OH&S management, adhering to state and national legislation.

Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC.
* A motivated and driven attitude.
* A passion for leading and inspiring teams to succeed.
* A proven track record in driving sales and meeting KPIs and targets.
* Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
