Landscape Maintenance Supervisor
Step up. Take charge. Lead multiple crews on Perth's most prominent landscapes.
Who We Are:
Landscape Elements is one of WA's leading commercial landscaping companies, delivering construction and maintenance across some of Perth's highest-profile developments. With over 100 staff, a strong client base, and an expanding pipeline—we don't just maintain landscapes, we protect reputations.
We're known for raising the bar on quality, and we're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who thrives on that same standard.
About the role:
This is a hands-on leadership position—perfect for a proven Team Leader or Supervisor ready to take control of multiple crews and complex sites. You'll be trusted to lead from the front, make smart operational calls, and ensure every site under your guidance looks sharp, runs smooth, and delivers what the client expects.
You'll manage scheduling, quality control, stock and equipment, team mentoring, and variation works. You'll also play a key role in growing team capability and spotting inefficiencies before they become issues.
If you're ready to own your work and your team, this is your role.
What You'll Bring
* Natural leadership and ability to get the best from your team
* Hands-on mindset—leading with action, not just instruction
* Deep knowledge of horticulture, turf, and irrigation systems
* High standards for quality, safety, and team accountability
* Confidence in dealing with clients, suppliers, and senior leaders
Additional Duties:
* Effectively coordinate and plan tasks to drive high productivity while managing variations and changes to schedules.
* Provide hands-on leadership, ensuring high standards of quality and operational efficiency.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and identify future work requirements.
* Attend Handover and Practical Completion (PC) meetings as required.
* Assist the Department Manager with new start-up meetings, site file management, document control, and client management.
* Ensure timely and accurate reporting, meeting safety and operational targets.
* Lead and mentor the team, participate in performance reviews and support training and professional development.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
* 3+ years in a Supervisor or Senior Team Leader role (landscaping/maintenance)
* Sound horticultural and turf care knowledge
* Cert III/IV in Horticulture (desirable)
* MR licence, White Card, and Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
* Familiar with reporting, scheduling tools, and variation processes
What We Offer
* Full responsibility for multiple teams and sites—no micromanaging
* Support from a strong leadership team that has your back
* Vehicle, phone, tablet, uniform, and all tools of the trade
* Growing company with real pathways for career progression
* A tight-knit, hardworking team that values what you do
