Our consultants are integral to the success of our business here at Ken Mills Toyota Kingaroy. Each day, our Aftermarket Consultants use their extensive product knowledge and 1st class customer service to help our customers find the right aftermarket & car care products to suit our customers' needs and protect their vehicles.
Our ideal team member has the following:
* Previous Sales or other High-Level Customer Service experience, while not necessary, will be viewed favorably
* A drive to succeed with a proactive approach
* A can do, customer focused attitude
* A friendly, team focused personality
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team
* Computer literacy
* Excellent communication skills
Some of your responsibilities include:
* Selling a wide range of aftermarket and vehicle protection products
* Engage customers post-sale to maximise value and satisfaction
* Build trust through clear, confident product presentations
* Manage your own sales pipeline and consistently achieve targets
* Act as the key link between vehicle sales and after-sales solutions
* Maintain a professional, welcoming customer lounge environment
