Suite & Villa Host
We are currently seeking to employ a Suite & Villa Host to join our busy Concierge department. The role of a Host is to attend to all requirements of our VIPs and guests accommodated in our Villas and Suites.
Requirements
* Previous experience in this role or a similar role
* The ability to provide a very high standard of customer service
* Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays
* Be fit and healthy with the ability to lift heavy luggage
* Professional communication and written skills as well as a strong work ethic
* Meticulous presentation and grooming standards
* Current Australian or International Driver's Licence – Manual
