* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification, with current AHPRA registration.
* Extensive general nursing experience, reflective of clinical expertise.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to manage conflict and pressures.
* Experience working in a multidisciplinary team, with leadership and mentorship skills.
