**Job Title**:Office Administrator
**Start Date**:ASAP
**Duration: 2** month with possibility to extend or become permanent
**Duties include;**
- Covering reception
- Mail, banking, stationery orders
- Visitor inductions
- Booking travel (flights/accommodation/car hire)
- Invoice data entry AP
- Invoice data entry AR
- Following up of overdue invoices
- Raising sales orders
- Raising purchase orders
- Arranging pickup and delivery of goods
**Looking for;**
- Experience in production environment highly regarded
- Prior experience as high level administrator essential
- Extremely competent, reliable, scope to make change and improvements where necessary
- Attention to detail, good communications both written verbal
**Key Details;**
- Monday to Friday, 38 hours a week, flexible start/finish time
- Reporting directly to CFO
- Car parking and kitchen amenities available
