**The Role**:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to boost our brand's growth. You will utilize your creative thinking, strong analytical skills, and deep understanding of hospitality trends to craft effective marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities (non-negotiables):
- Manage paid social campaigns, optimizing performance and maximizing ROI.
- Analyse data to extract insights and make informed strategic decisions.
- Write engaging copy in a tone of voice tailored to different brands and campaigns.
- Track, implement, and optimize conversions to drive desired outcomes.
- Propose, plan, execute, and monitor marketing strategies to achieve set objectives.
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and efficient time management skills, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
**The Person**:
- Proven experience in managing Google Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
- Ability to map customer journeys and optimize funnels through digital automation.
- Write effective creative briefs and collaborate with creative teams.
- Provide valuable insights to improve the business and increase revenue from a marketing perspective.
- Hold tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, and/or Events.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, data analysis, and current technology trends.
- Experience with website management, including UX/UI principles and best practices.
