We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Fixed Term Case Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting foster care case workers, carers, and clients.
Main Responsibilities:
* Promote AC Needs Based Restorative Framework (NBRF) culture
* Provide leadership, direction, and supervision
* Develop strategic goals for departmental programs
* Collaborate with external agencies
* Support case workers in developing case plans
* Ensure client review meetings are held at appropriate intervals
* Prepare reports for DCJ and NDIS
* Document incident reports accurately
* Collaborate with OCG and NSW Office of the Ombudsman
* Participate in policy development and review
* Maintain compliance with Children's Guardian NSW Standards
About the Role:
* Full-time employment for a fixed term up to 12 months
* 4 weeks annual leave per year
* Opportunity to receive fringe benefits tax on commencement of employment
* Monday to Friday work week
Selection Criteria:
* Two years' experience working with children and young people
* Demonstrated managerial and leadership experience
* Knowledge of Needs Based Framework and TCI concepts
* Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent
