About the Role
This role suits a steady, reliable and experienced Building Manager who thrives in a structured environment. You will be stepping into a well‐functioning site, so the focus is on maintaining operations—not reinventing processes.
* Portfolio of 237 apartments across two buildings
* High‐quality facilities including:
o Resort‐style lagoon pool and garden
o Alfresco dining areas and BBQ facilities
o Private cinema with recliner seating
* Well‐established site with ongoing operational needs and improvement opportunities
* Conducting open homes for a small portfolio.
You will bring
* Previous experience in a similar Building Manager, Facilities Manager, or Property role
* Strong communication skills with the confidence and maturity to engage with a body corporate committee
* A practical, hands‐on approach with the ability to problem solve and prioritise effectively
* Solid understanding of building systems, maintenance processes, and contractor management
* A proactive and reliable work ethic with the energy to manage day‐to‐day operations
* The ability to remain calm under pressure and manage situations professionally
* A team‐oriented attitude, while also being comfortable working autonomously
