Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior HR Advisor based in Darwin. The Senior HR Advisor will oversee and provide expertise in employee relations, workplace policies, and compliance. Key responsibilities will include consulting with managers, supporting talent acquisition, managing performance processes, and facilitating professional development initiatives. The role involves ensuring HR practices align with organisational values and delivering strategic advice to support a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong knowledge of employee relations, workplace compliance, and employment law
Proficiency in performance management and facilitating professional development programs
Excellent communication, consultation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity and professionalism
Experience in implementing HR policies and contributing to positive workplace culture
Experience in the non-profit or community services sector is an advantage
