About the Role
* Business Development Manager role to drive enterprise growth, procurement participation and employment pathways aligned to the SKA (Square Kilometre Array) Project and Indigenous Land Use Agreements (ILUAs).
* Reporting directly to the CEO, you will:
* Lead enterprise development and procurement strategy
* Increase Indigenous business participation in major infrastructure projects
* Develop structured employment and training pathways
* Interpret and implement contractual and funding obligations
* Prepare high-level governance and performance reports
* Manage compliance, risk assessment and commercial due diligence
* Build strong partnerships with CSIRO, SKAO and industry stakeholders
This is a strategic, commercially focused role operating at the intersection of economic development, governance and community outcomes for Wajarri people.
About You
* You bring:
* Demonstrated experience in business development, procurement or economic development
* Experience interpreting and implementing contractual or funding obligations
* Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement
* Understanding of Aboriginal community governance and cultural protocols
* Current C Class Driver's Licence and willingness to travel regionally
Highly Regarded
* Experience in Native Title, ILUA or RNTBC environments
* Experience working with Indigenous businesses
* Knowledge of major infrastructure procurement frameworks
