We're recruiting an EXECUTIVE CHEFor experienced HEAD CHEFthat has serious passion and grit to work alongside a talented team of hospitality leaders. You'll have a seat at the table as we bring stage-two to life of this much anticipated precinct. We are looking for someone with X-factor – a natural leader who brings a solutions-focused attitude to the venue and their team every day. You'll have a detailed eye that can also see the bigger picture.

The Company
We are a progressive hospitality group continuing to expand our operations with the acquisition of iconic locations in Canberra. This new venture will breathe life into a once revered Canberra hospitality institution delivering two unrivalled day-to-night dining and bar experiences and a catering arm that is set to raise the bar in the industry. This new venture is backed by an investment arm and supported by our best-in-game management, marketing and customer service team.
The successful applicant will:
* Have at least five-years' experience in an EC or HC role
* Have a passion for food - loves food, dreams about food and loves sharing this passion with their team and guests
* Have experience in menu design and costing, rostering and stock control
* Demonstrate the ability and passion for delivering and staying on trend with high quality food and exceptional customer service.
* A hard-working leader with excellent management and leadership skills
* Have excellent communication, organisation and time management and work well under pressure
* Be a 'good human' - positive, high-integrity and passionate values are non-negotiable
