About the Role
Are you a motivated and dynamic individual with high-level administrative experience? Join our compassionate and caring team to provide administrative and clerical support to the Mental Health ICU, Psychiatric Emergency Care Centre, and Acute Care team. You will work across these areas to ensure efficient operations.

Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks under demanding workload.
Experience responding to enquiries and determining appropriate responses in complex environments.
High-level interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Commitment to quality service and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Customer-focused team player willing to contribute to administrative support improvement.
Experience with HealthRoster, Oracle, ROB, WINC, Finsbury, eMR, iPM, AFM, and willingness to learn new software.
